In-Person personal training sessions last approximately 45 minutes-1hr. These sessions are done in our Rugged Running/SheRUGGED/MMXC fitness studio (Conifer CO). Sessions are tailored to your specific needs but are for established clients (please purchase an in-person New Client session first!).
